Additional Notes:
Fines:
- Items returned after library closing hours via the Book Return chute are considered overdue since check-in occurs the next opening day.
- Users with overdue items or outstanding fines will be blocked from borrowing further materials.
- Fines continue to accrue until the item is returned or officially reported lost.
Overdue Notifications and Enforcement:
- Overdue notices and fine updates will be sent via the students’ email accounts.
- Fines stop accruing only when the item is reported lost by the borrower.
- Failure to return items or pay fines may result in disciplinary action.
Printing Services and Photocopying
- Students are given a PIN upon registration with the college, which enables them to print and make photocopies
User Conduct Guidelines
Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a conducive environment for all library users.
Mobile Phones:
Mobile phones should be kept on silent, and all calls should be conducted outside the library.
Group Study:
Due to limited seating capacity, group study is not accommodated in the library.
Computer Use:
Computer group projects must be done in the computer laboratories, not in the library.
