Dr Naseem Koylass was appointed as to the position of President (Acting) at the College of science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago from November 1, 2025.
Dr. Koylass brings over 25 years of experience in higher education leadership, curriculum design, and quality assurance. She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Economics, and a Diploma in Educational Administration from the University of the West Indies.
Before joining COSTAATT in 1998, she held senior academic and administrative roles, including as Head of Department and Senior Lecturer in Economics and Mathematics at the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, St. Lucia, and Head of the Business Studies Department at NIHERST. At COSTAATT, Dr Koylass has led multiple institutional accreditation and programme review exercises and has been instrumental in curriculum modernisation and academic policy development.
Her extensive experience and deep understanding of COSTAATT’s mission and culture make her well-suited to lead the institution during this transition period. The College community congratulates Dr Koylass on her appointment and wishes her every success in her new role.

Dr Williams-Cumberbatch
was appointed to the position of Vice President, Student Affairs effective July 1, 2022. Prior to this appointment, she served in a range of positions at COSTAATT since the College's inception. She led the establishment of the Marketing and Public Relations Department in 2002, and later served as Director of Marketing and PR before assuming the role of Director, Enrolment Management.

Mr. Ramsoobhag
was appointed Vice President, Information Technology and Digital Transformation at the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT) in March 2024.
