Two Programme Pathways

Depending on your interests and career goals, you can engage with the programme through two distinct roles:

Work-Study Trainee :

Step into the heart of the College’s operations. Work alongside staff in specialized departments; from IT and Finance, to Marketing and other administrative units; to gain technical skills and professional discipline.

Student Ambassador:

Become the face and voice of COSTAATT. Represent the College at major events, lead campus tours, and sharpen your leadership, public speaking, and networking skills.

Our programme follows a structured bi-annual cohort system, ensuring that every participant receives dedicated support during two key windows of the academic year. Here is how we bridge the gap between your studies and your career:

Strategic Matching: You are matched with a mentor based specifically on your academic major, career aspirations, and long-term professional goals to ensure your access to the most relevant guidance.
The 6-Month Immersive Journey: Over the course of your six-month mentorship, you will engage in three core pillars of professional development:

- One-on-One Meetings: Participate in regular, personalized check-ins to track your milestones, discuss challenges, and refine your career strategy.
- Career Shadowing: Where possible, gain an exclusive “behind-the-scenes” look at your mentor’s professional environment, offering you a first-hand view of daily operations in your field.
- Skill-Building Sessions: Receive tailored coaching on the job search process, industry-specific competencies, technical tools, networking, and much more!
