a Meeting
You can connect with an Admissions Counselor in two ways:
Virtual Meeting
- Schedule a video call or phone consultation at a time that works for you.

In-Person Meeting
- Visit one of our campuses to meet with a counselor face-to-face.
- Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure availability.

What programmes does COSTAATT offer?

What are the application deadlines?
• Semester I (September Intake): Applications are accepted from April to August.
• Semester II (January Intake): Applications are accepted from October to January.
• Early Deadline: 27th June 2025
• Regular Deadline (All Programmes & Final Deadline for Nursing Programmes): 31st July 2025
• Late Deadline: 18th August, 2025
Is there an application fee?
• Online Applications: Free
• Re-Admission Applications (Electronic): $10.00 TTD
• Paper Applications: $25.00 TTD
Who can apply to COSTAATT?
National, Regional and International students are eligible to apply.
How do I apply to COSTAATT?
• New and Transfer Applicants: Apply online through the COSTAATT Online Application Portal.
• Re-Admission Applicants: Download the Re-Admission Application Form, complete it, and email it.
Document Submission
What documents do I need to submit with my application?
• General Documents: Valid ID (TT ID card or passport), birth certificate, and academic certificates.
• Program-Specific Documents: Character references, police certificates, nursing council permits, or job letter (depending on the programme).
What if I miss the document submission deadline?
Email Us to request an extension.
How do I submit my documents?

GATE and Financial Aid
What is GATE, and am I eligible?
The Government Assistance for Tuition Expenses (GATE) programme provides financial support/assistance with tuition fees to eligible citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. For eligibility and application details, visit the Ministry of Education website.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, COSTAATT offers flexible payment plans. Contact the Office of the Bursar for details.
Does COSTAATT offer scholarships?
Yes, COSTAATT offers scholarships for academic excellence, leadership, and financial need. Contact the Financial Aid Office for more information
Programme-Specific Questions
What are the requirements for Nursing programmes?
Nursing applicants must submit:
• Two written character references
• A police certificate of character
• A Nursing Council permit
What if I want to change my programme after applying?
Contact the Admissions Office to discuss changing your programme. You may need to submit a new application or additional documents.
Can I transfer credits from another institution?
Yes, COSTAATT accepts transfer credits on a case-by-case basis. Submit your transcripts and course descriptions for evaluation.
After Applying
How will I know if I’ve been accepted?
You’ll receive an email with your admission decision and next steps, including registration instructions.
Can I defer my admission?
Yes, you may request a deferral by contacting the Admissions Office. Deferrals are subject to approval.
What if I need help with registration?
Contact the Office of the Registrar or visit your campus for assistance.
International Students
Can international students apply to COSTAATT?
Yes, international students are welcome to apply. Additional documents, such as a valid passport and student visa, may be required.
Does COSTAATT offer housing for international students?
COSTAATT does not provide on-campus housing, but the Admissions Office can assist with finding accommodation options.
