COSTAATT congratulates, Dr. Helen Williams-Cumberbatch on receiving her Instrument of Appointment as a Member of the Public Service Commission before Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo, ORTT, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Dr. Helen Williams-Cumberbatch is the Vice President, Student Affairs at the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT) and a proud Fulbright Scholar. With more than 20 years of experience at the College, she has dedicated her career to advancing student success, strengthening academic support systems, and promoting equitable access to higher education.
Dr. Williams-Cumberbatch holds a PhD in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Ohio University, where her research examined the experiences of academically under-prepared students in Trinidad and Tobago. She remains committed to fostering inclusive, student-centred environments that empower learners to achieve their full potential.
