Run for Life 5K & Health Fair 2026 is a vibrant community experience combining fitness, wellness and celebration.
Walk, run or come for the energy. With a Mardi Gras theme, participants are encouraged to show up in costume and add colour and creativity to the road.

HEALTH FAIR
Beyond the race, the Health Fair offers valuable access to wellness services and information.
Participants and visitors can explore booths focused on physical/mental health, lifestyle improvement and preventative care, making this a space where fun meets purpose.

RACE DETAILS & PACKAGES
Location: COSTAATT City Campus, Port of Spain
Regular: TT$150 (2026 Run for Life Medal)
Legacy Package: TT$180 (2026 Run for Life Medal and one legacy medal)
NOTE: Prices are shown in USD, but you will be charged in TTD.
Race Bibs: To be collected from Monday, 25th May 2026, at City Campus, 9 – 11 Melville Lane, Port of Spain, between 8 am and 3 pm. Bibs can also be collected on race day.
SUSTAINABILITY & COSTUME SHARE
Give your old costumes new life!
Bring previously used Carnival costumes armbands, headpieces, accessories or wings to share with other runners.
All items can be collected after the event and sustainably managed by Carnicycle improvement and preventative care, making this a space where fun meets purpose.
FAQs
Who can participate?
Everyone! Strollers, walkers, runners, beginners and experienced participants are all welcome.
Do I have to wear a costume?
No. But full or partial costumes are encouraged and shared pieces will be available on the day.
What happens to donated costumes after the event?
You can take them home or they can be collected and sustainably managed by Carnicycle.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before race time to warm up.
What is the Refund Policy?
We understand that plans can change. Participants who are unable to attend the 5K Run may request a refund within the designated timeframes outlined below:
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or before April 30, 2026.
- Cancellations made between May 1, 2026 and May 30, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 30, 2026.
