Library Services
COSTAATT’s libraries offer extensive resources and services to support academic success and research.
Key Features
- Book Collection: Over 50,000 volumes across all campuses.
- E-Learning Resources:
Access to over 21,000 full-text journals via EBSCOHost and Gale Cengage’s Academic OneFile.
A collection of 198 e-books.
Online catalogue (COSPAC) for easy access to resources. - Access:
Registered users can access resources via networked or wireless computers in the libraries.
EBSCO databases are available 24/7 from any internet-connected device. - Orientation:
New students must attend a library orientation session during orientation week.
Loan Services
- Maximum Loans:
Varies by patron group (e.g., students can borrow up to 6 items at a time). - Fees and Fines:
Overdue fines: 1.00 per day (General Collection), 1.00 per hours (Short Loan) $20.00 per hour (Laptops). - Lost item replacement fee: $300.00 (default).
Library Guidelines
- No eating, drinking, or smoking.
- Bags must be stored in lockers provided.
- Laptops (on battery power) are allowed in designated areas.
- Students must show ID cards for all transactions.

Health and Counselling Services
The Health and Counselling Services Department (HCSD) provides support for students’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Services Offered
- Counselling Services:
Confidential and non-judgmental support for emotional and psychological issues.
Early intervention to manage conditions before they become chronic.
Available at all campuses; main office at City Campus. - Health and Wellness Promotion:
Activities on healthy lifestyles, primary health care, and emotional health.
Topics include HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, nutrition, stress management, and more. - Disability Services:
Reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.
Enhanced access to educational processes for differently-abled students. - Sick Bay Services:
Basic first aid and emergency care.
Arrangements for transportation to hospitals if needed.

The CollegeStarTT provides academic and psychosocial support to students.
Services Offered
- Developmental Advising:
Psychosocial support to balance personal, academic, and career goals. - Study Skills Seminars:
Free seminars on time management, note-taking, textbook reading, and more. - Textbook Loans:
Semester-long loans for pre-college mathematics and English courses. - Tutorial Services:
Free instructional support in small groups or individually.
Available for pre-college and college-level courses.
