Teocah Arieal Ainka Dove is a social entrepreneur, philanthropist, and interdisciplinary development strategist with over a decade of experience leading transformative programmes across the Caribbean and Pacific. She specialises in social innovation, programme design, institutional strengthening, and strategic communications, working at the nexus of climate resilience, sustainable energy, circular economy, and inclusive trade.Teocah currently serves as Programme Officer – Gender and Entrepreneurship at the Caribbean Export Development Agency, where she leads the GRIT Project, funded by Global Affairs Canada, to enhance the competitiveness of women entrepreneurs. She has also advised on major initiatives with USAID, EU, GIZ, and national governments.Founder of Hacoet Social Innovation Solutions, and co-founder of Hacoet Catering and Training Centre, Teocah creates pathways for empowerment through innovation, skills development, and job creation. Recognised globally—including by Queen Elizabeth II—she continues to champion dignity, resilience, and inclusive growth across vulnerable communities.
