He has successfully led regional initiatives in strategic digital transformation, financial technology (fintech), neo-bank strategies, electronic funds transfer (EFT) policy development, government modernization, and public financial management systems.Mr. Outridge has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors, contributing his expertise at globally recognized firms such as EY, iGovTT, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the National Payment and Innovation Company of Trinidad and Tobago, where he continues to advance the nation’s digital and financial infrastructure.He holds a Master of Small and Medium Enterprise Management (Distinction) from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and is passionate about leveraging innovation to foster sustainable economic growth.
