Managing Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of autism spectrum disorders, a knowledge of the challenges children with the disorders face and the skills necessary for providing intervention. It investigates the main concepts, including definitions, causes, prevalence, characteristics, diagnoses, challenges children face and strategies for intervention. It is designed for parents, teachers and caregivers.
