Introduction to Supervisory Management

This introductory course is designed for persons who have been assigned supervisory responsibilities without formal training in supervision. In addition to acquiring practical supervisory skills and enhanced communication skills, participants would be exposed to the theoretical framework of organizational behavior which will equip them to make more judicious and informed decisions as supervisors.
