Introduction to Emergency Care

“This course provides the participants with the basic knowledge and skills required to assist an individual experiencing specific medical emergencies. Emphasis is placed on basic interventions required for the initial management of casualties. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to apply the basic principles of first aid and certified CPR until advanced assistance is available.”
