Programme Description

The Food Plant Sanitation and Hygiene course is a comprehensive educational initiative designed to equip food plant workers in Trinidad and Tobago with the knowledge, and skills required to maintain clean and safe food production environments, thereby ensuring compliance with national food safety regulations and international best practices. The programme addresses the critical need for proper sanitation and hygiene practices to prevent foodborne illnesses, protect public health, and promote economic growth in the food industry.
Requirements
Anyone working in the food and beverage industry with listed qualifications to show evidence of literacy and IT skills. The programme is targets HSSE officers, quality control officers, floor supervisors and managers in food manufacturing establishments.
