Programme Description
This Certificate is designed to equip participants with universal workplace skills such as the ability to produce a professional résumé, communication proficiency, professionalism, credibility, competence in Microsoft Office, and service orientation, which will enhance their employability.
Requirements
Minimum entry into the certificate is three (3) CSEC passes with Grades I, II, (and III after 1998); English A must be one of them.
Mature Entry: Applicants over 25, with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience are also considered for admission. Such candidates must submit detailed curriculum vitae and a portfolio of their work with the application form. The Department may also conduct interviews to determine the candidate’s readiness to pursue the certificate programme.
