Public Sector Human Resources

COURSE DESCRIPTION

In this course, students apply general knowledge of human resource management theory and practice to public sector administration and management.  Students examine how public service regulations and legislation impact on HR development and management strategies and practices, and explore the role of HR as a key driver of public sector reform.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
