Introduction to Computer Repairs
This is a practical course that allows participants to understand how computers work and is configured. The focus is on the various components and operating systems. Topics covered include the boot-up process, hardware and software, external and internal hardware used with the computer, computer ports, installing and removing internal components, DOS – 101 and hard disk drive – scandisk and defragmentation.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
