COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course will introduce participants to the principles and concepts as it relates to communication at the individual, corporate and management levels. The course provides start-to-finish coverage of the importance of image, etiquette and protocol to succeed as both a social and professional individual. It will enable participants to excel as communicators in their field of expertise and prepare them for the global interaction with individuals from all levels of society.
