WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This workshop is customised according to the industry in which the company operates and the profile of the participants being trained. The workshop goes beyond training in customer service as we aim to re-energize and motivate staff to care for their clients rather than looking at their job as just the provision of a service. The approach used in delivery of the workshop is to get the participants to understand their respective roles in the organisation and to relate their functions as it influences the deliverables of their peers, subordinates and supervisor.
