Oral Presentation
This course explores the complex interactive process of communication and includes the theory, process and practice of public speaking and listening, along with the technique of understanding an audience. It will be conducted through lectures and workshops which will develop speaking, presenting, listening, interviewing and debating skills. Individual communication styles will be developed as a vital part of fostering leadership qualities and enhanced interpersonal competencies. They will engage in debate, role- playing and problem-solving activities, using everyday business/social situations, while managing anxiety and “stage fright”.
Applicants seeking admissions to this short course must be sixteen (16) years and over.
